I drive with dragon

I drive with dragon wrote: We would like to make public transportation more attractive and. Convenient for kids. We believe that kids can motive their parents to use public transport instead of cars. Additionally we would like children to get into the habit of choosing public transportation. Thanks to this in couple of years there will be no need to change their habit and find alternative solutions. How we would like to do that? we would like to do that by create buses'/trams' spaces more colourful, friendly and attractive for them. We would like to create a zone for kids with dedicated seats and educational puzzles. Furthermore, those puzzles will be educating them in a manner which kids can comprehend. We use dragon that is symbol of cracow, our city... Source: EIT Climate KIC's Climathon

Mighty Meat

Mighty Meat

Mighty Meat wrote: Might meat provides high quality, nutritious food to an ever-growing population of people who are ditching or reducing animal meat in their diets. . The purpose is to become a viable replacement for animal-based meats. Most people who stop or decrease their meat consumption don't do so for taste reasons. The concerns heavily centre around animal welfare, environment and health, so we're providing similar flavours and textures to what people have traditionally enjoyed, minus the devastation of mass animal agriculture. ... Using climate and geographical data from copernicus europe's eyes on earth, along with other urban data sources and users’ feedback,. The service will map and communicate the nearest "cool places" (such as parks, museums, or cultural activities in open and indoor spaces, etc. ) as well as the level of accessibility (public, for free, for a fee) to all users, to find "refuge" during the occurrence of a heat wave and, in general, it will display the most “cool” areas (culturally and climatically) of the city... The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization has extremely damaged nature. The increased pollution is caused due to ecological imbalance. It's no longer possible to replace the past, so the only solution is to find out an optimal management method for each contaminated site and try to eliminate or limit pollution. One of the possible methods to solve this problem is phytoremediation technology. We have improved this technology and developed a closed cycle phytoremediation technology. First, we growing specially selected plants in contaminated soils... Source: EIT Climate KIC's ClimateLaunchPad

Produce from such ranches are one of the only types of animal produce that do not add to the climate change catastrophe, as a matter of fact, they present one of the most promising solutions to it.
