The panel discussed the recently announced Global Innovation Hub and the need for an expanded innovation space for climate action, and the opportunities for a need-based and solution-oriented approach that satisfies the core human needs for food, shelter, mobility, and access via alternative value chains aligned with the SDGs and compatible with 1.5 °C.
