UNFCCC confirms collaboration with Mission Innovation’s Net-Zero Compatible Innovations Initiative

For Mission Innovation’s 5th Anniversary, Patricia Espinosa, Executive Secretary, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) confirmed its collaboration with Mission Innovation’s Net-Zero Compatible Innovations Initiative to build the UNFCCC Innovation Hub. In the last five years, we have seen a significant increase i understanding the importance of innovation in addressing climate change – your organization has played a key role in this development. We are glad to collaborate with 'Mission Innovation' and the 'Net-Zero Compatible Innovation Initiative' in supporting the upcoming launch of the UNFCCC Innovation Hub, and in developing methodologies to identify transformative climate solutions and assess the impact of both the development as well as the deployment of these climate solutions.
